Have stayed here several times,apart from the location being ideal,thestaff are really pleasant and informative.The restaurant is great and the rooms and furnishings could not be made any more superior than they are.Itis the only place to stay in Bangkok.
Very attentive and good language skills by Apichart (concierge) always would help coming or going. Monrat has big lovely smile and wonderful personality.

All staff are very friendly. They are polite and take a good care of guest. Now almost all rooms have been renovated, it’s quite nice and modern. Yellow & Red colour are good choices. I’m looking forward to seeing another colour.
I have stayed at several hotels in the Silom area of Bangkok and I was exceptionally pleased with the Swiss Lodge Hotel It is indeed a super little gem tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Silom. Excellent accommodation with stylish and extremely well equipped rooms. Breakfast is again excellent, served with real Thai courtesy and an abundant buffet is on offer. My only complaint which might put me off going there again is the very high cost of in house wi-fi. Many hotels in this area of similar quality offer free internet throughout and I hope the management will either offer free wi-fi or conceal it in the room rate as it may deter people from staying; this despite the hotel’s many strengths.

We spent three nights in February 2012 (7 of us) and we very impressed with every aspect of this boutique hotel. We were very warmly welcomed and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. The location was ideal – plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance and the skytrain was five minutes walk away. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Bangkok and would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
i really enjoyed my time at Swiss Lodge… I will definitely return next year. The staff are really one of a kind. Kind, joyful, professional are words that don’t even do the staff any justice. I will surely recommend The Swiss Lodge to anyone i know that will go to BKK… To wake up in the morning go down for breakfast and to be greeted by the reception girls just make your heart smile because their smiles are genuine, its really great to meet people that still have that effect on the world… kid tung
The hotel in general is clean and cozy, the service and hotel staffs are excellent, keep it up.
Returning each time to the Swiss Lodge is what I have always wanted from a hotel: familiar welcoming faces offering considerate service and anticipating needs, with each staff member obviously gaining pleasure from contributing their best. A luxury unaffordable at home and unachieved in the vast majority of hotels, regardless of the price range, the Lodge is of a size that stays personal. Its unique history is presented in the lobby on the fourth floor. Congratulations to all concerned.

This is one of the best hotels we`ve ever stayed in. The location is great just `round the corner of Saladaeng station. The serviceminded crew of the hotel are first class. When next time in Bangkok we`ll defenately stay there again.
The Swiss Lodge is by far one of the best run independent hotels we have stayed at in our travels around the world. The management and staff have mastered the art of offering hospitality, service and value for money that is second to none. The rooms and facilities are among the best and even better than many well know hotel chains in Europe and America. The food and beverages were first class and the restaurant, clean, cosy and comfortable. The location..ideal for exploring central Bangkok and using the skytrain, buses and visiting the shopping centres and city park. If we return to Bangkok in the future, we will definitley stay at the Swiss Lodge again. Thank you to the management and staff for providing such good quality service and comfort. You are all doing an excellent job. Keep improving the product, you can only get better.
